Following the Prime Ministers announcement that the Government is moving to Stage 4 of the Roadmap within the United Kingdom, which will see most Lockdown Restrictions, including the wearing of facial coverings on Public Transport, CT4N wish to reassure customers that travelling on Public Transport remains safe. Operations Director Barry Allitt said “There will be no mandatory requirement for anyone to wear a facial covering on Public Transport from Monday. CT4N strongly encourages all customers to wear a facial covering for the duration of their journey, unless medically exempt.”

During the pandemic, CT4N have introduced enhanced additional cleaning on its buses throughout the day, Hand Sanitizer Units installed on all buses, covid driver screens to protect its staff and disinfectant fogging called Zoono. Barry continued “Travelling on Public Transport remains safe, and as more of us start returning to normal life and returning back to the office for work, CT4N will continue delivering the high standards that the company has put into place.” “We would also advise to continue following the Governments Guidelines and that if you’re not feeling well, displaying symptoms of Covid or having to isolate, then please do not use Public Transport.”
