CT4N Launch Mobile Ticketing with MyTrip
After much work behind the scenes CT4N are happy to announce that mobile ticketing will now able on all our own commercially run services. The MyTrip app will also allow our customers to track buses to provide the best possible service to the users.
Throughout the last year we’ve been looking at ways that we can make life easier for people using our buses. So, we are introducing MyTrip. It’s an app with mobile ticketing and live bus locations, and CT4N are now on there. Simply download the app for iOS or Android, add your location, and you’ll be able to buy your tickets, send tickets to family or dependants, see exactly where your bus in and find out lots of important information about your bus before it even arrives at your stop! With everything that’s been going on for the last 18 months this will enable our customers to feel even safer with totally contact free ticketing. Customers will now also feel confident knowing exactly when their bus will arrive and that will be space for them, this can save them time and less need for queuing and waiting.
Those who have been travelling on essential journeys throughout the pandemic can feel confident that their bus trip is on the way, and for those who we haven’t seen in a while, we can't wait to welcome you back when we can - to a new, simple, easy bus ticketing and travel planning experience on myTrip.
At the moment there are 7 and 28 day tickets available but in the coming weeks more ticket types will be available. In the meantime contactless card payments are also available on all our CT4N services
