Meet The Team
Here at CT4N Charitable Trust we're here to tackle social isolation and promote community cohesion through our community transport services. Get to know our great team which runs the charity.
My name is Elaine, and I am the Operations Supervisor.
I have been with the company since 2014, starting as a Local Link driver and progressing in 2018 to Assistant Easylink Controller.
I currently work in the Charity running Easylink and Group Travel Alongside Jamie.
I love the team I work with, they make coming to work enjoyable and as a team, we work hard to ensure we help those that need us
In my spare time, I love reading, spending time with my family, listening to music and watching nature programmes (I'm a big Sir David Attenborough fan!).
Hi, my name is Darren and I have been with the company for two years.
I mainly drive our SEN contracts with some Easylink work when required.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching motorsport including F1 as well as socializing with friends and going out for meals.
James "Bear" Walker
My name is James, also known as Bear, I have been with the company for 3 years starting as a Bus Driver on Eco link and Centrelink.
After this, I then went onto service 33 and then the 18. Whilst on the 18 Rota I was approached to join CT4N Travel as a driver.
From there I was asked to join the Charity which is where I am now, driving our Easylink users and Group Travel trips.
In my spare time, I enjoy watching football and spending time with my girlfriend and family. I also assist with my father-in-law who is disabled.
Hi, my name is Colin and I have been with the company for around 20 years.
When I first started for the company I drove Dial-a-Ride which later changed the name to Easylink.
I enjoy my job at Easylink, especially getting to help people.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren and playing on the PlayStation with my friends.
Ian has been with the company for 27 years as a driver and he currently drives SEN services and Easylink.
He started his journey with us in 1989 by doing a trial for the new park and ride that lasted 8 weeks. He then went and drove other jobs including volunteering in Doncaster for the council transporting disabled people. He then returned here in May 1994 and became a Dial-a-Ride driver (now Easylink) doing mainly evenings and weekends.
Ian says 'The job is brilliant and I love driving and meeting new people.'
In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, spending time with his daughter and playing on his PlayStation.
Assistant Charity Coordinator
Jamie joined CT4N in June 2014 as a team leader at Queens Drive Compound.
He then joined the Charity in January 2021 on secondment to assist Elaine.
He says the best thing about the job is the interaction with the service users and knowing you make a difference.
He loves the people he works with too and this makes coming to work enjoying and fulfilling.
In his spare time, Jamie enjoys watching motorsport and spending time with Mason his dog, his family (especially his granddaughter Molly who we all know is the apple of his eye.) and friends
Bill joined CT4N Family in 2011 as a Locallink driver, and in 2019 when a vacancy became available in the Charity, he joined us.
Bill says he loves his job on the Charity and wishes he had joined us 25-30 years ago; he has a great working relationship with all the team, especially Elaine who calls him her number 1.
In his spare time, he enjoys fundraising for charities and supports Buffalo's a Charity based in Arnold, although they are a worldwide organisation.
Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and family and recently has finally been able to visit his daughter and grandchildren in Benalmadena, Spain which he thoroughly enjoyed.

Susan joined our team 4 years ago as a Passenger Assistant for our SEN contracts, although she does have over 10 years of experience working for charities.
Susan says she loves the job she does and helping our SEN Children travel safely each day.
In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her husband, son and stepchildren as well as her dog Bailey, who she loves dearly. She also enjoys spending time at her caravan in Skegness in the summertime.
