Easylink is our accessible minibus service. We support passengers who find the main bus and tram network difficult to use. Easylink is a door to door service. Whether you're travelling to the shops, a leisure activity, medical appointment or group meeting our friendly and fully trained drivers will make sure your journey is easy and stress free.

Become an Easylink user
Becoming a user of Easylink is easy, and it’s completely free! Once we’ve received your application, you can book journeys with our team.
If you have a Mobility Citycard issued by Nottingham City Council you are automatically eligible
If you have a disabled concessionary card issued by Nottinghamshire County Council and live within the Greater Nottingham area (see Robin Hood Boundary or image below), simply contact us to confirm your eligibility. (All eligible County concessionary pass holders will be contacted in advance). If you like in Hucknall please contact us to see if you are able to access this service.
If you live in the Greater Nottingham area or Hucknall and struggle to use the main transport network, but don't have a disabled concessionary card please contact us to discuss joining

What benefits are there for Easylink users?

When can I travel with Easylink?
Journeys are available Monday to Friday. First pick up is at 08:00 and final pick up is 17:00.
Easylink isn’t available at weekends or on recognised UK Bank Holidays.
What are the Easylink fares?

As a user you are entitled to 50% discount off the standard fares when showing a valid concessionary travel pass, please show the driver when boarding the bus.
When you book a trip we can give you an exact price for that door to door journey. If you require an escort or companion, they may travel for free to assist you.
- Children under 5 - Free
- Children and young people aged 5-18 travel at Mobility Citycard fares
- Non pass holders - standard fare
Cancellation charge - If your trip is not required, please contact us and cancel before the bus arrives for collection. The charge for your journey will still be payable if cancellation is not confirmed .
Book a journey
Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance for shopping or leisure journeys. For example, if you’re looking to go shopping on Monday 17th September, you can book for this trip anytime from Monday 10th September.
Bookings for medical appointments can be made up to 3 months in advance.
On the day bookings
There may be occasions when we can get you out and about on the same day, for example cancellations made by other customers, so give the team a call from 08:30 Monday to Friday, to see if there are any journey slots available.
We will make every effort to meet your requestred time, but we also try to accomodate other passengers on the easylink vehicle so we may ask you to adjust your time slightly to fit our schedule, and make more efficient use of the service.
Customers need to be ready to leave 10 minutes before thier scheduled departure time.
